Councillor of Longsight visits Longsight Eagles FC

On the 12th of June, Councillor Suzanne Richards and Labour candidiate Andrew Gwynne visited our football development hub which we host every Wednesday. It was great to introduce the programme we provide for boys and girls to keep active playing football. Andrew Gwynne: "Great to visit Longsight Eagles Football Club with Councillor Suzanne Richards, to hear about the fantastic work they do providing kids of all abilities with access to football. We spoke about the range of challenges they face, from sustainable funding to having a permanent venue to call home.
